Annual Report on small and medium-sized enterprises, created by a group of researchers of James knife. For 2009, the analysis focuses on the impact of financial crisis on small industries. The first part explains the methods adopted by the institution to analyze the performance of SMEs and they also show the results are analyzed strategies for the reorganization after the crisis, such as cooperation between enterprises, the change of legal form into shapes corporate more complex and closer to new business demands. The second part depicts the framework of the Italian south just before, during and immediately after the economic crisis that originated in the United States of America 2007 and spread the following year in the rest of the world.

La Fondazione Rosselli care annually a report on the Italian financial system, in 2009 the research institute in Turin has decided to address the issue of consequences of the financial crisis that originated in Italy in 2007. The 24 contributions are organized into three parts depending on the topics covered. In the first part analyzes the relationship between banks, firms and markets by emphasizing the new role of companies covered by the investment in the capital after the crisis, the importance of transparency, the commitment of Italian banks in corporate financing and the possible resumption of Investment in infrastructure and real estate investment trusts. The second section is devoted to the relationship between the various institutions specializing in consumer credit, and consumer indebtedness through financial education and legislation.
